The group discussed acceptance testing rules for the Add/Edit Endorsement (RCP-010) as well as what might be included in the specification we publish, with an emphasis on making it as lightweight as possible. Unique Licensee Identifier (ULI) Subgroup | March 19, 2021
The ULI Subgroup worked on business rules for the licensee identity-matching process. Next steps were then discussed in terms of instrumenting the matching process and providing reporting metrics so the results of scoring can be measured against real data. | VIEW CALL NOTES

Universal Property Identifier (UPI) Workgroup | March 24, 2021
The group received updates on international adoption of the UPI and the UPI Registry. The group discussed the Property Subtype component of the UPI while receiving a demonstration of a UPI Builder tool. | VIEW CALL NOTES

The group received a status update on Appraiser and Cooperative Payloads. The next steps focus on collecting and collating sample payloads from various vendors and MLSs. This will allow the group to begin making field-by-field decisions for the payloads. | VIEW CALL NOTES
