Certification Subgroup | November 21, 2024
A new field will be added for the upcoming FrontageLength type change instead of changing the type of the existing field to allow migration to the new field without causing breaking changes for existing implementations. The group also approved cross-validation of Country and StateOrProvince fields and PropertyType and PropertySubType starting in the next Data Dictionary release. | NOTES

Research & Development Workgroup | December 5, 2024
The group voted to combine the two active new construction business cases and recommended that a Data Dictionary subgroup take it on. Client Contracts were discussed, including potential interest, existing implementations and a plan to seek out additional implementations. | NOTES

Bulk Sale Subgroup | December 11, 2024
The group covered the potential structure of a package sale shape, assuming that all components of a package sale would have a record in the Property Resource linked to a PackageSale shape with a ListingKey (self-referential table). | NOTES

Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) Subgroup | December 12, 2024
The group reviewed the Additional Living Quarters (ALQ) Shape proposal and made changes regarding Boolean fields that could be duplicative with lookup fields. Transport Workgroup | December 16, 2024 (2 of 3)
The group reviewed the updates included in the Data Dictionary 2.1 Proposal (RCP-52), the In-Progress Provenance Proposal, the DOM/CDOM Calculations and DOM/CDOM Auto-increment Proposal (RCP-51), as well as testing to ensure that APIs have accurate DOM. | NOTES

Fast Track Subgroup | December 17, 2024
The group completed reviewing the Fast Track Potential Data Dictionary Additions sheet, which shows non-Data Dictionary lookups with more than ten implementations that were found during the mapping-suggestions process. Data Dictionary Workgroup | December 19, 2024
The Data Dictionary meeting covered a Proposal for Modifying RESO Data Dictionary (DD) Versioning Policy and its goal of getting MINOR changes into the Data Dictionary at a more frequent pace while keeping MAJOR changes less common. The group reviewed a document on versioning, deprecation of duplicates and implementing “passed” (not yet ratified) data elements that outlines potential ways to address duplication and the ability of Data Dictionary users to adopt new changes early. | NOTES

Transport Workgroup | January 6, 2025 (3 of 3)
The group reviewed [RCP-52] Data Dictionary 2.1 and the [RCP-51] DaysOnMarket Client Auto-Increment Proposal. Visit the Transport GitHub Discussions to read about and comment on topics.
