The Real Estate Standards Organization (RESO) is proud to recognize the outstanding individuals and organizations driving innovation and progress in real estate data standards. Announced at the 2025 RESO Spring Conference in Tucson, Arizona, this year’s RESO Leading Edge Award and Contributor Award winners have demonstrated remarkable dedication to shaping the future of real estate technology and education.
The Leading Edge Award recognizes organizations that champion RESO’s standards, international efforts and educational initiatives, including organizational integration of the Working with Real Estate Data – Business (RED-B) course. With nearly 1,400 students and more than 1,000 completed designations, the course continues to empower professionals in brokerage, technology and MLS roles with essential data knowledge.
RESO Contributor Awards honor individuals who have made a significant impact within RESO workgroups, pushing forward action items that enhance industry-wide interoperability and efficiency.
