- What are the three most important priorities or initiatives that RESO should pursue during the next two years?
- Expanding the footprint of broker members and collaboration
- Developing guidelines for uniformity in MLS -> broker relationships
- Creating small thinktank groups out of the Broker Advisory Committee to coordinate efforts to increase collaboration between vendors, brokers and MLSs.
- How do you see your contributions as a board member being utilized for realizing these priorities?
- Compass sees a rapidly changing landscape of national brokerages that are being impacted by disparate data policies. These national brokerages, while competitors, see RESO as a safe haven for cooperation to serve the broader community. I see my role as an early adopter of this mentality; encouraging and growing this community of like-minded brokerages to become involved to improve a broken landscape under the cooperative RESO umbrella.
- The Board meets regularly, via conference calls and some in-person. Board members also are called to serve on or chair committees and special task forces. Are you willing and able to meet the time requirements to serve as a director for a 2 year term?
