Take a high dive – no splash – into targeted discussions during our popular roundtable discussions sponsored by Rental Beast.
There will be in-person and virtual roundtables. Onsite roundtables will be set up in separate rooms to allow discussions to flourish in focus without extra background noise. Roundtables with virtual hosts and attendees will be prepped and ready via Zoom.
6. Workgroup Meetings
All attendees are welcome to join any of the workgroup meetings during the event. You do not have to be a monthly regular to have a seat at the meetings that help shape real estate standards.

Twelve days after that tweet, Phil Mickelson won the PGA Championship in his next start at age 50 on Kiawah Island.
Taking a cue from Lefty, the must-attend RESO conference session happens on Thursday morning. “Pain Points” features gloves-off discourse about the most difficult aspects of working with real estate data. Enjoy the excitement with the popular Bloody Mary Bar sponsored by Homes.com.

10. Peachy Beaches & Gorgeous Golfings
We have already noted the recreation, but we must gush further about the beach scene and golfing! Kiawah Island boasts 10 miles of pristine, loosely populated beachfront. Want a sneak peek? Check out the beach cam. RESO has organized two beach walks before breakfast for early risers on Tuesday and Wednesday.
Kiawah Island is also a premier golf destination, featuring seven award-winning courses (five owned and maintained by Kiawah Island Golf Resort) designed by Jack Nicklaus, Gary Player and more.
11. Appy Trails…and Boardwalks and Birds and…
The Town of Kiawah Island maintains an app for iPhones and iPads that provides a beach map with GPS, shopping options, a wildlife directory, tide information and other community information.
