- Leading Edge Award: For Leadership in RESO Web API Adoption.
- Leading Edge Award: For Leadership in Promoting Industry Education with RESO’s “Working with Real Estate Data – Business Module” (WWRED) Course, which confers the RED-B Designation
- RESO Contributor Awards: For Outstanding Contributions in a RESO Workgroup
The two Leading Edge Award categories represent the inaugural class for outstanding achievement in RESO’s two most forward-thinking products.
Moving an entire industry from transporting data through the aging and proprietary Real Estate Transaction Standard (RETS) to the modern RESO Web API, built upon an open standard that is used in many fields beyond real estate, takes the kind of foresight the list of recognized companies represents.
The WWRED course is the first of its kind, and the success of it has been plain to see through course completions by large numbers of staff within the list of recognized brokers, technology companies and Multiple Listing Services.
