The Real Estate Standards Organization (RESO) is excited to announce two new board members.
Filling an open Class A Director seat is Dan Weisman, Director, Innovation Strategy, within the Strategic Business, Innovation and Technology group at the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR).
At NAR, Dan is a technology researcher who strategizes for the organization on what tech may mean in the future, and he builds relationships with tech leaders to better understand and drive innovation in the real estate space.
He has significant experience in enterprise resource planning (ERP), business process improvement, commercial construction project management and much more.
Recent topics of study have included augmented reality, smart homes, big tech investment and proptech business opportunities.
His work includes using technological advancements to positively impact business performance, create competitive advantage, minimize risk and accelerate growth. We are looking forward to his insights as we continue to take on new technology while expanding upon our offerings to the industry.
Filling an open Class F Director seat is Janine Sieja, Senior Vice President, Product Development, Realtors Property Resource® (RPR).
Janine has been with RPR for more than 13 years, managing complex projects and developing products to serve REALTORS® and consumers. She leads a team of 20+ product managers, developers, UX designers and QA engineers who build and maintain RPR.
Past experience includes several product, editorial, public relations and public affairs roles at prestigious websites and publications, such as Cyberhomes.com, Outside Magazine and the Chicago Tribune.
She has also helped four start-ups on their paths to success, including two in real estate, one in publishing and one in adventure travel.
She is a process-oriented, team-first leader who is known for achieving strategic goals through a clear understanding of ecosystems and stakeholders.
