Rapattoni Corporation announced that the High Desert Association of REALTORS® in Hesperia, California, is among the first two MLSs in the nation to achieve official Real Estate Standards Organization’s (RESO) Data Dictionary v1.5 Platinum certification. HDAOR serves approximately 2,200 members.

Rapattoni is one of only two MLS software platforms in the country to have implemented the 1.5 Platinum Version of the RESO Data Dictionary certification. The RESO Data Dictionary is known as the real estate industry’s “Rosetta Stone,” as it standardizes real estate data so that it translates easily between MLSs, brokerages and software companies, allowing them to access data from different MLS systems in a standard format without having to create a unique mapping for each MLS.

Brian Tepfer, EVP & CTO at Rapattoni, said, “We are thrilled to be among the first vendors to implement the Data Dictionary v1.5 standard at the Platinum level. RESO is an important organization in our industry, and their efforts to standardize data have been successful because of our customers, like High Desert Association of REALTORS®. Our team is very proud of this accomplishment.”

Diane Smith, Executive Officer at HDAOR, said, “I am so delighted with Rapattoni for working with High Desert to accomplish this. Their dedicated staff made this all happen.”

“It’s exciting to see the High Desert Association of REALTORS®, along with the hard work and assistance of their MLS technology partner, Rapattoni, achieve the highest level of RESO certification possible for the latest version of the Data Dictionary,” said RESO CEO Jeremy Crawford. “Collaboration is vital to the success of data standards and is what’s needed to fuel innovation for future products and services for all the brokers and agents of HDAOR on the Rapattoni MLS platform.”
