Standards in the Sonoran – We don’t repeat RESO conference venues too often. Instead, we spread our standards message to new and interesting cities. But the JW Marriott Tucson Starr Pass Resort & Spa in Arizona was one of your favorite venues over the past several years, so we’re heading back!
The Salud Terrace serves as a gathering spot at 5:30 pm each evening for the resort’s famous Tequila Toast: ¡Arriba, Abajo, al Centro, al Dentro, Salud! (Up, down, out and in, to your health!)
Sessions – We’re still putting together the final topics, but we can tease a couple of early hits, like “Why Days on Market Needs to Change and Why That Shouldn’t Scare You” from Bryan Burgers, Director of Engineering at Zenlist.
Broker Public Portal CEO Dan Troup will illuminate the future of search, we’ll hear the brokerage viewpoint from the incomparable James Dwiggins of Nexthome, NAR’s innovation leaders will present the latest on the new-look iOi Collective and REcore will share their latest RESO-connected development.
In-Person Workgroup Meetings – Get caught up with what RESO is working on in the workgroup trenches. The in-person meetings are styled to keep you informed and updated, enticing you to join our low-stress workgroup meetings, which are the best place to share new ideas, become a subject matter expert and increase your industry standing.
Pain Points – This year’s marquee session, hosted by MLS Grid, promises another preamble dialogue leading to future RESO initiatives. There isn’t as much shouting as there used to be, which is a testament to action over banter. Bring your big brain, and don’t be shy.
Web API Office Hours – This mini-expo has become one of our most valuable events of the week, providing direct access to MLS vendors to talk about RESO-certified Web API services and other needs for your organization.
Meaningful Engagement – Call it networking, mingling, socializing or otherwise – whatever the label, our sponsors believe that time spent together with a snack and a beverage is a valuable collaboration springboard.
There will be receptions, happy hours and coffee breaks hosted by MLS of Southern Arizona, Constellation1, Canopy MLS, First Multiple Listing Service (FMLS), dynaConnections, CoreLogic and SourceRE, as well as the RentSpree Candy Bar.
Lounge – Get.realtor is hosting the conference lounge, providing a space to network with attendees or take a break between sessions.
Swag – Long-time RESO attendees covet their t-shirt collections, and we’re lucky enough to have Stellar MLS back on the design team. They created one of our most popular shirts ever with “Endless Standards” in Sarasota, Florida.
Thursday Technical Transport (Half) Day – By popular demand, we’re doing a cutover into RESO’s most technical content for the final day of the conference. The Transport Workgroup provides the tech backbone for much of what RESO does, but the less techie among you may want to focus your time with us on Monday to Wednesday.
We’ll be happy to have you for the duration, but the hotel block will fill fast, so don’t delay.
There will still be plenty of worthy networking on the final day, so take advantage of the venue, enjoy time spent with your colleagues, sketch a javelina, hike among the cacti and be sure to sign up for the RESO 2025 Fall Conference in Louisville, Kentucky, before you leave!
