Important Change: RESO Fall Conference
October 25–27 in Sarasota, Florida
Due to unplanned renovations at the Vinoy in Saint Petersburg, we have relocated our conference to The Ritz-Carlton in nearby Sarasota in order to ensure that your RESO event experiences continue to be top-notch.
Vinoy hotel reservations have already been rebooked at one of the host hotels in Sarasota. You should have received an email from us and a confirmation email from the hotel last week.
We will bring you the same great sessions and networking opportunities that you’ve come to expect from RESO events. These circumstances were beyond our control, and we apologize if these changes bring you any inconvenience.

Certification Update
RESO certifications for Data Dictionary 1.7 and Web API Core 2.0.0 are rolling in at a fierce clip, and we couldn’t be more thrilled. Congratulations to the following additions to RESO Analytics:
You can see the status of all MLSs on the RESO Certification Map. To attain Certified Current status, MLSs must accept their certification reports from their vendors. The map is also a good place to review things like your address and subscriber count. Write to certification@reso.org if you see anything you want to change.
If you have any questions about your RESO certification, contact your MLS vendor. If you have questions about self-testing or the technical aspects of certification, contact dev@reso.org.

Accessibility, Inclusivity and Equal Access to Data in Real Estate
Stellar MLS became the first MLS in Florida to offer Finding Homes, a voice-activated property search engine powered by Lundy. The product allows for blind and visually impaired individuals to access real estate information by voice via Amazon Alexa, giving them a convenient method to participate in the home buying experience.
Finding Homes can also be used by anyone who would like to search for property listings by voice. The application takes key data on residential listings and delivers that information in small, informative sentences. Users can search by property address or set a search by telling Alexa about a property characteristic like flooring type or bedroom count.
The partnership between Stellar MLS and Lundy follows Stellar’s recent efforts to enhance accessibility for their subscribers to an AA rating per the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).
Lundy is also partnered with MetroList, Park City Board of REALTORS® and Western Arizona REALTOR® Data Exchange (WARDEX). | READ MORE
