Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Subgroup – The group wrapped up their final meeting and submitted a CRE Proposal to the Data Dictionary Workgroup. The updates would convey commercial-focused property data outside of the existing data elements. The main points are:
A new Property Type named Commercial Real Estate (CRE)
Two new lookup fields named PropertyCategory and PropertySubcategory (commercial having a greater level of tiered property classifications than residential)
Identification of existing fields and lookups to be given the CRE Property Type attribute/reference
ADU Subgroup – The group held its first meeting with the goal of developing a standard for conveying information about additional living quarters outside of the main residence.
R&D Workgroup
The group went over a New Construction Development Data Elements business case, which aims to create standards that express what is available at a development level vs. resale home specs (e.g., a list of available floor plans, builder information and ranges for price, square footage, bedrooms and bathrooms).
Interoperability Workgroup
A proposal to tag existing Data Dictionary fields with Association Management Systems (AMS) and Offer Management (OM) payloads was approved and submitted to the Data Dictionary Workgroup.

An update on the Unique Licensee Identifier (ULI) was provided, including a pilot program to measure its efficacy, which is currently active. | NOTES

Data Dictionary Workgroup | September 19, 2024 Corrections for errata and inconsistencies that were discovered in Data Dictionary 2.0 were discussed and approved with a caveat that they be split between Data Dictionary versions (2.0 and 2.1). The items that lean more towards inconsistencies than errors were approved to be addressed in Data Dictionary 2.1. Error items like incorrect characters were approved to be changed retroactively for 2.0. | NOTES
Certification Subgroup | September 19, 2024 The Certification Subgroup approved testing rules for the Universal Parcel Identifier (UPI v2), which have been verified on three separate vendor implementations. Testing rules for DD 2.1 and related endorsements were reviewed, as well as the self-testing user interface for RESO Common Format and UPI. The group also discussed the Subscriptions and Filtering proposal for webhooks that was created at the Summer 2023 RESO Dev Workshop. | NOTES
