The group provided an update on payloads tagging, including suggestions for new payloads for Appraisal/Valuation, MLS Only and Artificial Intelligence (AI). Potential use cases for the RESO Common Format (RCF) standard and in-progress Autofill Service standard were also discussed, as well as the group’s efforts toward documenting Offer Management (OM) user stories. | NOTES

Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) Subgroup | November 14, 2024
The group reviewed the Additional Living Quarters Shape proposal and suggested changes and additions to better express details about Additional Living Quarters (ALQ). | NOTES

Fast Track Subgroup | November 19, 2024
The group reviewed the Fast Track Potential Data Dictionary Additions sheet and suggested several additions to the New Lookup Considerations from Fast Track Subgroup post. The term “Master” is increasingly being phased out in the industry and is in use in the names of six lookups in the Data Dictionary, so the group agreed to move any mapping suggestions from “Primary” to “Master” and suggested that “Primary” should not be flagged during certification testing. | NOTES

Internet Tracking Workgroup | November 20, 2024
The group will make its Tracking Fields 2.0.11 Spreadsheet match the fields and lookups in use in the most recent version of the Data Dictionary before the next meeting. EventTypes lookups were reviewed in relation to their potential use as results from user actions taken on listing websites. Privacy updates were given, including state-specific legislation on biometric data collection and use. | NOTES

Data Dictionary Workgroup | November 21, 2024
The group voted to add a new lookup field named CommunityPoolFeatures. Other topics included adding lookups to ParkingFeatures, data elements to communicate Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) information, a field to indicate currency type and possible options for handling Data Dictionary lookups that use the word “Master.” “Master” is increasingly being phased out for “Primary” in the industry, and the group would like to choose a definitive path for the Data Dictionary going forward. Additionally, 2025 initiatives and priorities were discussed with the hope that the next meeting will provide more direction. | NOTES
