The chair presented a brief update of what happened during the spring conference in the Internet Tracking Workgroup meeting and in the Data Dictionary Workgroup meeting that had a voting item related to Internet Tracking. DOM Business Descriptions Subgroup | May 20, 2021
This was the kickoff meeting for creating standard definitions for the five flavors of Days on Market (DOM). The group delved into what start/stop times and dates actually mean for each DOM flavor, including timestamps, contract dates, listing exclusivity, status of DOM during pending sale and more. Guidelines were established around prefacing each DOM flavor with the word “Standard,” it was determined that a contract’s listing date would be used over timestamps for calculating DOM and that the time off MLS is off market unless otherwise specified. | VIEW CALL NOTES
