With more than 24 years of experience in Property Assessment and Information Technology, Anthony Percaccio is currently the Director of Architecture and Information Systems – Revenue Services at the Municipal Property Assessment Corporation (MPAC). In this role, Anthony is responsible for leading the development of all commercial products and services including creating MPAC’s Automated Valuation Model (AVM), which provide real-time property valuation information for all residential properties across Ontario dating back to 2001. Under Anthony’s leadership, MPAC has expanded their AVM coverage across Canada, now offering data on nearly 10 million residential properties.

A double honours graduate of York University in the field of Mathematics and Statistics, Anthony also holds a diploma from the Canadian Operational Research Society (CORS). He holds certificates in New Product Development from the Schulich Executive Education Centre, as well as from the Senior Leadership Program of the Rotman School of Management. He also completed the Seneca/University of British Columbia’s Certificate Program in Real Property Assessment, and is a member of the Institute of Municipal Assessors (IMA) and Mortgage Professionals Canada (MPC). Anthony has been published in MPC’s Mortgage Journal including, “Automated Approval Evaluations in Canada’s Mortgage Industry: A review of AVMs” and “The ABCs of Appraisals”.

Anthony continues to play a key role in the Property Assessment and Information Technology industries, and is also a Professor at Seneca College teaching Statistical and Computer Applications in Valuation.
