What are the three most important priorities or initiatives that RESO should pursue during the next two years?
- Increasing awareness and engagement of RESO within the brokerage community to further extend RESO’s impact and effectiveness within organized real estate.
- Real estate’s next best thing, I’d like to see our group keep an active eye on technology startups. Creating a list of Top 10 companies with products that are striving to alter the industry or better yet that may benefit real estate if they expanded into our industry. This list could be used to improve audience engagement as well as set the standard of cutting-edge discussions among members for months and years to come.
How do you see your contributions as a board member being utilized for realizing these priorities?
- My extensive background in brokerage marketing activities, both at the local and national level may be leveraged within the RESO group to identify areas of improvement and opportunity.
- Part of my daily activities involves being up-to-date on current events and up and coming technology factions within (or without) our industry. Being centered in the heart of Silicon Valley gives me a unique perspective on what’s next and RESO can leverage my technology knowledge and expertise around how different technologies impact the real estate industry and allow us to further educate and prepare our members.
