Teresa graduated college in three years and earned her MBA in global strategic management in one year. During college, she enlisted in the USMC. Teresa started her career in financial services where she became a VP leading two divisions. She became a real estate broker and founded Grobecker Holland International while raising her young sons. Teresa is a life-long student of leadership, kaizen and metacognition and is currently founding her second fin-tech company.
