Pay Online
For a quick, easy, and secure membership renewal, paying online is the most efficient option. AHC payments are now accepted through our membership portal. Simply follow these steps to renew online:
- Log into your account by clicking Member Login. (If you do not know your username and password, email membership@reso.org.)
- Once you are logged in, visit your Member Profile.
- Under Open Balances, click the Make Payment button.
- Ensure that the Pay For option has your company’s name in the dropdown and the dues are correct. If your company has grown in membership or licensees (Classes C or D) or revenue (Class B or E), please refer to the Dues Schedule and adjust your membership accordingly.
- Select your membership invoice to pay and Checkout.
- Enter payment information.
You will receive a confirmation via email.
If you need a PDF of your invoice:
- Select Make Payment.
- Under Pay For, select your organization.
- On the next screen, there is an option to View Order that will open a PDF.
- Invoices can also be accessed under the Purchases tab on your profile.
If you wish to save your payment information for future membership renewals, please reach out to membership@reso.org.
Pay by Check (U.S. Only)
All checks should be made out to Real Estate Standards Organization and must be received by December 31, 2024, in order to prevent a gap in your membership.
Ensure that your company’s dues are correct. If your company has grown in membership or licensees (Classes C or D) or revenue (Class B or E), please refer to the Dues Schedule and adjust your membership accordingly.

Pay by Phone
Payments can be processed online using a credit card or by calling support at 919.504.9898. If you have attempted to make an online payment and receive an error or decline message, please reach out to us for troubleshooting.
